O R D E R

This writ petition was filed in the context of a panel of eligible advocates being submitted for appointment of an Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges' Courts at Siddipet, Medak District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home stated that one Sri Sirikonda Mani, Advocate, was already appointed as the Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges' Courts at Siddipet under G.O.Rt.No.595, Law (E.II) Department, dated 13.08.2015. A copy of the said G.O. is placed on record.

In the light of this development, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate measures in accordance with law as regards her grievance, if any, as to the appointment effected under the aforestated G.O. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
