THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3395 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard B.Yadaiah for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..........writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the civil disputes of the parties, and pass such other order........."

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that two crimes were registered and pending investigation before the 3rd respondent-Police Station. Investigation if any, in pending crimes, was against the son of petitioner but not the petitioner. He further submits that the 3rd respondent never interfered with the civil dispute of petitioner.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
