THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.5838 of 2022 ORDER :

Seeking to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.298 of 2022 of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. However, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid and, hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to move a fresh Criminal Petition in case the cause survives.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
