Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd Respondent-Municipal Corporation Smt.Pingali Lakshmi that the 3rd respondent is not laying the road in view of the objection taken by the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
