Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No.
of Tellapadu Village, Kaligiri Mandal, S.P.S.R.Nellore District. While so, the fourth respondent came to the shop of the petitioner on 14.4.2015 on public holiday and made inspection of the shop and noticed some variations. Earlier, when the respondents 2 and 3 are not supplying the stock, the petitioner filed Writ Petition No. 12102 of 2015 and the same was disposed of by this Court by order dated 24.4.2015 directing respondents to supply the stock to the petitioner. While so on 24.4.2015 the authorization of the petitioner was suspended and a show cause notice was also issued to the petitioners. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted his explanation on 9.5.2015 to the show cause notice dated 24.4.2015. In view of the submission of the explanation, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in accordance with the provisions of the
AP PDS (Control) Order, 2008 and binding decisions of this Court within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
