This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the fourth respondent in not registering the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.09.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 27.09.2019, which is placed on record, would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 18.09.2019, whereupon the fourth respondent made an entry into the General Diary and on enquiry, since it is revealed that the matter is civil in nature, the same has been informed to the petitioner on 27.09.2019 by way of registered post, vide RN172875545IN, to approach the competent civil Court for redressal of his grievance. In the said written instructions, the allegation, that the fourth respondent refused to take on record the complaint made by the petitioner, is denied, and prays for dismissal of the writ petition.
Recording the statement made on behalf of the fourth respondent that a complaint has been registered, that an enquiry has been conducted and that a notice has been issued to the petitioner stating that the matter is civil in nature, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and it is for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the proper forum.
