THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR Writ Petition No.2812O of 2022 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents.

2. With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

3. The grievance of petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though petitioner had purchased an extent of Acs.3.28 gts.

1n Survey No.482, situate at Yellareddygudem Village, Narketpa-lly Mandal, Nalgonda District under a registered Document bearing No.59 14/ 1998, dated 13.11.1998, from one Smt. K. Ramakka and the same was also mutated in the name of petitioner, Surprisingly the name of vendor of the petitioner viz., Smt. K. Ramakka is again reflected in the Dharani portal to an extent of Acs.O.2S

MSK,J wP_?81)O_2022 gts. in Survey No.481 of the said village by showing Survey No.48 1 against the said extent of land. 4, According to iearned counsel for the petitioner, the said Smt. K. Ramakka is not having any other land other than the land sold in favour of petitioner to an extent of Acs.3.28 gts.

Under those circumstances, petitioner claims to have submitted a representation dated 16.03.2022 to the 2"d respondent seeking rectification of the same ' However, the said representation is sti1l pending consideration beflore the 2"d respondent. Hence, petitioner seeks appropriate direction to direct the 2'a respondent to take immediate action on the said representation submitted by the petitioner.

Lear-ned Assistarlt Government Pleader lor Revenue, for the respondents, submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner herein dated 16.03.2022 may be directed to be considered by the respondents.

Taking into consideration the submissions on either side, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2"a respondent to consider the representation dated 76.03.2022 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law for rectifying the alleged erroneous entries made in the Revenue Records by duly putting the said Smt. K. Ramakka on notice within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 8.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.
