...RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the action of the Respondents 5 and 6 in seizing the 490 quintals of rice on 12.6.2022 which was purchased in an open auction through the proceedings vide 1) Proc.No. CSAlS2l 2022, dated 8.6.2022 quantity 240 quintals and 2) Proc.No.CSA/07/20'1 1, dated 21 .5.2022 quantity 250 quintals total 490 quintals of rice of the Additional Collector, Sanga Reddy District without reasons, without conducting enquiry/ panchanama as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to release the 490 quintals of rice seized on 12.6.2022 from the petitioners custody.
