HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.10285 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Sri S.M. Subhan, for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents. The prayer is against the inaction in investigating the crime registered vide FIR No.309 of 2012 dated 10.10.2012 on the file of Station House Officer, Mahaboobnagar, as illegal and unconstitutional.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent filed charge sheet and the same was taken on file as CC No.252 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Mahaboobnagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the court to place the statement on record and hence, does not press the writ prayer.
