Chandraiah) This appeal, at the instance of Revenue, arises from the order dated 05.11.2014 in ITA Nos.1059, 1060, 1061 & 1062/Hyd/2013, of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench 'B', Hyderabad, for the Assessment Years 2005-06, 2007-08, 2009-10 & 2010-11.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Department as well as the learned counsel for the assessee submit that the subject matter of this appeal is squarely covered by the Common Order passed by this Court in I.T.T.A.Nos.26, 29 and 32 of 2015, dated 15.06.2015.

3. In view of the orders passed by this Court in I.T.T.A.Nos.26, 29 and 32 of 2015, this appeal also stands dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these appeals, shall stand closed.
