When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of her grievance the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 02.05.2018 to the respondents and no action has been taken so far on the said representation and eventually a request is made to direct the respondents to verify the said representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Sri Chatla Madhu that if any such representation is made the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the said representation dated 02.05.2018 and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
