THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19583 OF 2010 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the proceedings of the 3rd and 5th respondents issued in Rc.No.1652/NRHM/MMU/2010 dated 09.07.2010 and R.C.No.DPMU/MMU/2010-11 dated 20.07.2010 respectively, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by both the counsel that an identical issue came up for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.17497 of 2010, which was closed vide order dated 18.04.2017 on the ground that the Government has issued proceedings dated 25.03.2017 releasing the amounts due to some of the petitioners therein. The said aspect is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader.
Having regard to the facts in issue, it is directed that if the petitioner has rendered any services, remuneration for the said period may be paid by the authorities within six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed.
