HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY CC.No.2835 of 2018 Date:28.09.2018 Between:

Dr. Balabolu Ramesh, S/o Late B.Vasudeva Rao and ten others.

.....Petitioners And:

Kota Sahitya, S/o Kota Meher Kumar and two others.

.....Respondents Counsel for the petitioners: Mr. S.Malleswara Rao The Court made the following:

CVNR, J CC.No.2835 of 2018 Dt:28.9.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 18.11.2016, in C.R.P.No.5581 of 2016. On a perusal of the afore-mentioned order, I am not convinced that the respondents are guilty of contempt of the said order. However, since the grievance of the petitioners is against non-disposal of O.S.No.504 of 2011 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act-cum-XI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, the said Court is directed to dispose of the said case peremptorily within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above direction, the Contempt Case is disposed of.
