Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that 5th respondent has approached the 4th respondent on 18.05.2018 and lodged a written complaint against the petitioner; that the said complaint was also entered into General Diary; that for the purpose of enquiry in respect of the allegations made in the complaint of the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent called the petitioner to the police station; and that the petitioner was advised to approach the competent Civil Court as the matter is purely in civil nature. The allegations of the petitioner that on 01.04.2018 and 04.05.2018, the 4th respondent called the petitioner and threatened him to pay the amount to the 5th respondent were all denied.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
