Petitioners have made applications in Form-6A on 06.02.2019 and 08.02.2019 for mutation of their names in revenue records in respect of the subject land and contend that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will decide the said applications in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to decide the petitioners' applications within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
