Petitioner complains that in spite of her representation dated 07.05.2014, the Tahsildar, third respondent, is not taking up petitioner's request for mutation and for grant of pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-36 cents in Survey No.131 at Kesarajupally Village of Tipparthi Mandal of Nalgonda District.

3. It is, however, found that petitioner has not made application as per the

prescribed proforma under Form 6A in accordance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. Hence, petitioner is granted liberty to make appropriate application in accordance with the Rules and if such an application is made, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
