SKK,J Crl.P_16180_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with an unregistered Crime on an apprehension that the petitioners may be arrested in some false case. Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Station House Officer, Auto Nagar / Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District is directed to issue notice to the petitioners ten days before when the petitioners are required to be arrested in the crime that may be registered against them.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
