This Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 26.12.2013 submitted by the petitioner regarding supply of gas refills (cylinders).

As there was no representation for the petitioner on 30.09.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Yet again there is no representation. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
