Heard.

The impugned endorsement given under the Right to Information Act by the appellate authority is questioned in this writ petition. However, under the Right to Information Act, the petitioner has further remedies against the said endorsement and without exhausting the same, this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India does not deserve to be entertained. Hence, with the liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate further remedy, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
