This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.11 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.11 of 2018 of Bhupalpally Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 19.06.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed on 11.06.2018 before the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge for SC/ ST Court, Warangal.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
