The Office Note submitted by the Registry/Section Officer on 01.12.2025 states, inter alia, that the concerned posting Clerk had marked the order dated 11.07.2024 by mistake though no such orders were passed on that date. The Office Note further states that the appellants I.A's which were filed in 2010 were not reflecting any particulars as per the Court/website records. Considering the above Note given by the concerned Section, we deem it fit to direct the Registry to number and list the matter in the coming week.
