SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.13182 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.54 of 2013 of Dornopadu Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 494, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A3.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 18.03.2017 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the criminal petition. Copy of award is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
