Since the tax effect of the appeal is less than the ceiling limit prescribed under Circular No.21/2015, dated 10-12-2015, the case is not covered by the exceptions under paras-5 and 8 of the said Circular. Therefore, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and consequently, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the questions of law are left unanswered.
