This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the second respondent in interfering with the day-to-day affairs of the petitioner temple committee and trying to dispossess it, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Smt.B.Rachana, learned counsel for the implead petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 25.11.2019, submits that based on a complaint dated 10.10.2019 made by one Cheryala Buchaiah, a G.D. Entry was made and the matter was enquired into by calling the complainant and the persons named therein. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that the Station House Officer addressed a letter to the Tahsildar, Siddipet Urban Mandal, to furnish information in respect of Sy.Nos.1030 and 1902. As the complaint itself discloses that there is a civil dispute pending on the above issue, the second respondent closed the matter stating that the matter is of a civil in nature. He also submits that the second respondent never interfered with the day-to-day affairs of the petitioner temple committee or never tried to dispossess it from the land except causing an enquiry into the complaint.

In the light of the written instructions submitted by the SubInspector of Police, Siddipet I Town Police Station, Siddipet District, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
