THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.2901 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed apparently to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus. However, when we notice the statements and averments of the petition, there is no single iota of allegation that the alleged person is detained by any person, not to speak of by the police. It is a case of missing of a particular person. Therefore, we dismiss the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. __________________ K.J. SENGUPTA, CJ _________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 11th February, 2015 Pnb
