This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 29.02.2012 in Crl.A.No.20 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Sessions Judge at Khammam.

Learned counsel for both parties in one voice submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. Hence, the criminal revision case may be dismissed as infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
