This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not assessing the shed as well as the compound wall of the petitioner constructed in the patta land in Sy.Nos.136 and 137 situated at Mulkalla village, Mancherial Mandal, Adilabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.
