This Crimi lal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedt re, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to quash the proce3dings against him in Crime No'293 of 2018 of R.G.I Airport )olice Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for t1e offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C. and Sectic n 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955' 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A1, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No'L-State and perused the record.

3. In the cou-se of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that n the subject crime, investigation is completed and charge sheel is filed before the Court concerned'

4. The said submission is recorded. Under these circumstances, rrothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition. Howevr'r, liberty is granted to the petitioner/A1 to work out the remedie ; available under law.
