THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18294 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a direction, order or writ more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent 2 & 3 in not taking any steps to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried on by the respondent No.4 and 5 herein in and over Plot Nos.1 to 27 total admeasuring 2932 sq.yards in Sy.No.120 (Part) situated at Pedda Amberpet Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Municipalities Act, 1965 and the Rules made thereunder apart from being in gross violation of principles of natural justice besides violating petitioner's rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to demolish/remove all such unauthorized constructions."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein to consider the representation, dated 10.05.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 10.05.2017, of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law regarding the unauthorized constructions alleged to have been made by respondent Nos.4 and 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
