THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.11042 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 against the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant against the petitioners No.1 to 3/A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.35 of 2016 on the file of the V-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, vide docket order dated 11.07.2016.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to quash the impugned order. However, it is open for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 to appear before the Court below within one month from today and file appropriate application to recall the warrant. In such an event, the Court below shall allow the application of the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 on the same day on which it is filed on reasonable terms, in accordance with law.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
