When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 28.08.2019.

In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 28.08.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
