1 This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C seeking to withdraw DVC CFR No.879 of 2014 pending on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (Excise), Kurnool and transfer the same to the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition. 3 Permission is accorded. In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
