O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the calendar case is of the year 2012 and since the marriage between the de facto complainant and the petitioner has been dissolved, the de facto complainant has no interest in the matter, however, the petitioner is making rounds to the Court for the last four years without any progress. Hence, learned Magistrate may be directed to dispose of the calendar case.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is disposed of directing the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to dispose of C.C.No.9 of 2012 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by splitting against any absconding accused.
