This criminal petition was filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash Crime No.115 of 2018 on the file of Nizamabad Rural Police Station, Nizamabad District.

While so, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that on the strength of the FIR in Crime No.115 of 2018 on the file of the Nizamabad Rural Police Station, a charge sheet was filed before the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad, and the calendar case number is awaited.

In the light of this development, this criminal petition is rendered infructuous. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate measures in relation to the calendar case after its numbering.
