This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 6 to 8 in not considering the representations submitted by the petitioners for laying the sanctioned C.C road in the village of the petitioners i.e.

Bogampadu Village, Illandhakunta Mandal, Karimnagar District, under the guise of the objections filed by the 9th respondent.

The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have submitted representations dt.07.09.2019 and 10.09.2019, before respondents 6 to 8 for laying sanctioned C.C. road. As the same are not being considered, present writ petition is filed. Heard Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 6 and 7 who submits that there is an objection from the 9th respondent in laying the C.C. road.

In this case it is to be seen that if the respondent Gram Panchayat is of the opinion that the sanctioned C.C road is to be laid, the 7th respondent is directed to take action for laying of the C.C road by taking into consideration the objections filed by the 9th respondent. If the 7th respondent is of the opinion that the objections of 9th respondent are valid, he should inform the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
