This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in disengaging the services of the petitioner. 2.

On 8.11.2002, this Court while admitting the writ petition issued interim direction to engage the petitioner as driver according to the workload. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in pursuance of the interim direction, the petitioner was engaged and he is being continued. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
