This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus challenging the order dated 19.08.2015 passed by the second respondent rejecting the application of the petitioner dated 07.08.2015 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh application before the second respondent for consideration of his case.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the second respondent. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ______________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
