Heard Mr.Chetluru Sreenivas for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The issue arises under the Stamp Act. The petitioner purchased the land of an extent of 4053 sq. yards in Sy.Nos.131 and 132 at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, in the auction conducted by the Central Bank of India, Secunderabad. The petitioner purchased the said property for a sum of Rs.96,00,000/ -. The document is presented for registration. The Department has raised an objection on the valuation shown in pending document No.1199/ 2017, dated 11.12.2017. The issue is pending before the 3rd respondent under Section 47-A of the Stamp Act. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of appeal pending before 3rd respondent. I have perused the record. Having regard to the contentions raised, which are pending decision before 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of appeal pending in pending Document No.1199/ 2017 dated 11.12.2017 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
