Petitioners have made an application for F-Line survey online on 30.07.2019 and complain that respondents 4 and 5 have not taken any action thereon till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 4 and 5 will take appropriate decision on the petitioners' application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 4 & 5 to decide petitioners' application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.
