Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not conducting survey and fixation of boundaries of land admeasuring Ac.0.08 guntas in Survey No.483/ A, AA of Ameenpur Village, Patancheru Mandal as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the application made, a notice came to be issued on 09.09.2016 which was served on the contesting parties. He further submits that no survey has been conducted till date in respect of the above mentioned land.

Having regard to the above, respondent No.3 shall conduct survey in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.08 guntas in Survey No.483/ A, AA of Ameenpur Village, Patancheru Mandal, in accordance with law, in the presence of the petitioner and all concerned, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not already done.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
