THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18470 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise for the respondents.

The order of suspension of A4 licence of the petitioner herein, passed by the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Nellore-fourth respondent herein, vide proceedings in Rc.No.279/2017/A6, dated 15.05.2018, pending enquiry, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the time of hearing, that similar issue came up before this Court in W.P.No.1359 of 2018 & batch and this Court disposed of the Writ Petitions granting six weeks' time to the respondents to pass final orders on the proposed enquiry. The same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the respondent authorities will complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of two weeks from today.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Nellore-fourth respondent herein to pass final

orders, after considering the explanation offered by the petitioner herein, pursuant to the impugned order, within a period of two weeks from today. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
