This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C to withdraw D.V.C.No.1 of 2013 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nagar Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar District and transfer the same to XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Learned counsel for the second respondent reported no objection to withdraw D.V.C.No.1 of 2013 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nagar Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar District and transfer the same to XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

In view of the no objection reported by the learned counsel for the second respondent, D.V.C.No.1 of 2013 is withdrawn from the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nagar Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar District and the same is transferred to XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. In the result, transfer criminal petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
