Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no complaint is received from the petitioner, as such, no action could be taken; and that no proof is filed regarding receipt of complaint by the respondents. In view of the above, no relief can be granted in the writ petition. According, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
