ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner transfer from 3rd respondent to 4th respondent as a Technical Assistant is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, and Rules thereunder and as well as the violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to transfer the petitioner from 3rd respondent to 4th respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri A.Jagan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is working as Technical Assistant with the respondents at Vikarabad. Since his wife is working as Police Constable, he submitted a representation dated 8.7.2019 to the respondents requesting to transfer him from Vikarabad to Ranga Reddy District. But so far no orders have been passed by the respondents. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to consider the

representation dated 8.7.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 8.7.2019 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
