Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the GHMC authorities will not dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. The said statement is placed on record.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
