This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing the proceedings in FIR No.37 of 2011 of Dharoor Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, against the petitioner, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506, 34 of IPC, and Section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act. 2.

Ms. P. Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that notice could not be served on the 2nd respondent-complainant in spite of her best efforts. She further submits that the petitioner is also not in touch with her. 3.

Hence, keeping in view the circumstances, and in view of the submission made that notice could not be served on the 2nd respondent, and that the petitioner is also not in touch to pursue his case, the criminal petition is closed.
