The petitioner, who is Accused No.4 in Cr.No.24 of 2019 of Mallial Police Station, Jagtial District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 468 IPC, has filed this petition under Section Cr.P.C.

seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.

As seen from the allegations made in the complaint, prima facie it appears that the petitioner is involved in the commission of offence. In this case, investigation is going on and charge-sheet is yet to be filed. In view of the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe that in the event of change of circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
