HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.39564 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Munniraja for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The writ petition is filed complaining inaction in disposing of representations dated 23.05.2014, 25.08.2014 etc. On 21.06.2018, at request of respondents, the writ petition was adjourned to today for placing before the Court the steps, if any taken pursuant to representations, referred to above. The counsel for petitioner submits that survey notice dated 04.07.2018 is issued and the survey is scheduled to be held on 11.07.2018.

In view of issuance of notice, this Court is of the view that the inaction complained does not survive.

This Court is compelled to observe that respondents 2 and 3 are under obligation to complete the enquiry initiated through notice dated 04.07.2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
