Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings dated 08.08.2016 stating that the order passed by this Court in WP No.496 of 2016 dated 06.01.2016 has been complied with.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 08.08.2016.
