This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent is issuing the letter dated 16.09.2019 without entering the name of the club and representatives in the list published and place it on website dated 16.09.2019 as unreasonable and illegal. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the matter relates to the election scheduled to be held on 27.09.2019, the relief claimed in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any stand closed.
